Underground Detention System For Union Square

Watch the installation of a ~290,000-gallon detention system at Union Square in Somerville, MA. This basin is part of a larger revitalization project of 15 acres in the neighborhood. The 7’-6’’ DoubleTrap basin was designed to fit in a very limited footprint underneath a new park and was installed over four days.
