Developers for the new Bloomingdale, Fla., Ace Hardware needed an underground storm water management system that could store more than 9,000 cu ft of water while fitting in a 7,000 sq ft under-parking-lot space. Heavy rainfall events also necessitated a system that could easily be cleared of sediment and debris.
