Pipe Inspection

The Laser Profiler is designed to provide the contractor, municipality or consulting engineer with the ability to determine internal pipeline conditions prior to and after rehabilitation. The Laser Profiler simply attaches to your existing CCTV camera, and the resulting CCTV images are analyzed using innovative machine-vision software to collect survey data for analysis of pipe deformation and ovality, true pipe diameter, corrosion, capacity and verification of liner installation. Reports are available in 3-D or 2-D renderings.
