Vortex Companies, a provider of trenchless water and sewer technologies, announced that it has acquired Applied Felts Inc.
Applied Felts Inc. is a cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining manufacturer. It is home to the MaxLiner and FerraTex Solutions brands.
Vortex Companies said that the acquisition broaden its local support throughout the Americas, bringing technology solutions closer to customers.
