Trash Capture

The Wing-Gate automatic retractable screen is a curb-inlet, stainless steel trash-capture device that prohibits most trash and debris from entering storm drains during the dry season while opening automatically during specific flow conditions to prevent street flooding. The retained pollutants can be removed using routine street sweeping. As a storm subsides, the spring-activated screen will return to its closed position.
