The 75.5 acre site of Seaforth High School in Pittsboro, North Carolina, includes the construction of a two-story building, parking lot and sports fields. The change in impervious area to the site required the need for a 201,000 cubic foot detention basin. Due to limited space, the storm water management system was installed under a P.E. field.
