Jensen Precast announced it has acquired EnCon United facilities in Camas and Puyallup, Washington.

Jensen Precast, a leading provider of precast concrete infrastructure solutions since 1968, announced it has acquired EnCon United facilities in Camas and Puyallup, Washington.

The purchase provides infrastructure customers in the northwest market with direct access to Jensen Precast’s product portfolio, alongside EnCon’s already established line of precast concrete solutions, according to the press release.

“We are pleased to be able to offer our products and services to northwest contractors, engineers, and utilities dedicated to building a better way of life for their communities through infrastructure innovations,” said Eric Jensen, president of Jensen Precast in the press release. “We believe our key strengths are the ability to customize products for your precise project goals, getting those products delivered to you when you need them, and always looking out for your safety in the same way we do for our employees.”

The acquired EnCon facilities will retain current General Manager Gary Venn to lead operations, added the press release. A veteran of the infrastructure industry with 40 years of experience, Venn seeks to capitalize on the recent business momentum built by his team in the northwest marketplace.

“Over the past several months we have grown our storm water systems, concrete barrier, and culvert business exponentially,” Venn said in the press release. “Adding Jensen Precast to the mix as the new owner means we can serve more customers with more of the products they want in a more timely manner.”
