Pavement BMP

The Bio-Aquafer Storm Systems (BASS) allows for natural storm water drainage and groundwater recharge, making paved surfaces ecologically sound and economically smart. The BASS method is an acceptable post-structural BMP used to meet federal storm water requirements.
