FROM THE EDITOR

It's a big week in the water industry. First, earlier this week, the Clean Water Act marked its 50th anniversary, and today is Imagine a Day Without Water. Both of these dates provide a time to reflect on the importance of water to our daily lives. On Monday, I'll be sharing an interview with the National Wildlife Federation’s Great Lakes Regional Executive Director Mike Shriberg, where we discuss the impact the Clean Water Act has on the Great Lakes and more. I also encourage you to visit SWS' sister publication, Water & Wastes Digest for an interview between WWD Senior Managing Editor Bob Crossen and Radhika Fox, assistant administrator to the U.S. EPA Office of Water. The two dive into the Clean Water Act, PFAS and more. And, finally, a quick reminder that our State of the Industry survey is still open. Please take a few minutes to share your insight with us on this year's challenges and triumphs. Take the survey here.
