Portable and stationary automatic water samplers for storm water, wastewater and other water quality applications are available from Campbell Scientific. These automatic samplers can be used standalone or interfaced with data loggers and water quality sensors. They use a no-contact pump to draw water through intake tubing, which results in faster sampling rates, longer sampling distances, less sample disturbance and less maintenance.
