SPV is a precast concrete, underground stormwater storage system by Pre-Con Products. The box culvert style system can be made watertight and is ideally suited for tight sites and for projects utilizing rainwater harvesting. In addition, SPV recently received an LARR Number from the City of Los Angeles making it an ideal choice for projects in that jurisdiction.
