Vexamus Water based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, England is an established equipment supplier to the water and wastewater sector with annual sales of $18 million. The company supplies a range of leading treatment processes to the municipal water and wastewater markets and has been successful in establishing long-term framework agreements with key UK water utilities. The acquisition forms part of Hydro International’s strategy to enhance its strong organic growth with key strategic acquisitions.
