Oldcastle Precast Inc., a manufacturer of precast concrete, polymer concrete, composite and plastic building products, announced that it has acquired the assets of Colorado Precast Inc. with a manufacturing location in Loveland, Colo.
This acquisition will strengthen the Oldcastle Precast position in the Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana markets while adding to its position in the growing Denver metropolitan area.
