StormCon 2012 is in full swing in Denver as storm water and erosion control industry professionals have been taking advantage of the workshops, educational sessions and show floor over the past few days.
Budgets have been at the forefront of attendees’ minds, and some have expressed concerns over the future cost of tradeshows, despite the value they get from a show. One way to get the tradeshow experience—without having to pay for travel and other costs—is with a virtual tradeshow, hosted entirely online but with the same quality of information and interaction as a physical tradeshow. Storm Water Solutions hosted its first-ever Virtual Expo last March and looks forward to making it a tradition and expanding to multiple virtual events a year.
