ROMEOVILLE, IL and KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, Oct. 8, 2015 – StormTrap, LLC, a leading provider of stormwater management systems, announced today that it has entered into a licensing and manufacturing agreement with Speed Concrete Industries Sdn Bhd (SPEED). The long term deal, grants SPEED the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute the StormTrap product in Malaysia and Singapore.
Under the terms of the agreement, StormTrap also granted SPEED the first rights with respect to Indonesia and Philippines. Shinoe Construction Sdn Bhd, a sister company of SPEED, will be responsible for the design and marketing of the StormTrap product.
