SALT LAKE CITY — Feb. 19, 2015 — Nilex Inc. announced today it has acquired Salt Lake City, Utah-based geosynthetics distributor GeoDynamics. With this deal, Nilex – an Executive Council member of the Geosynthetics Materials Association (GMA) – gains a foothold in the Utah, Idaho and Nevada markets. The company already has US operations in Denver, CO which serves Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming and Montana.

GeoDynamics was founded in 2002 by the late Kevin Kent and his wife, Judy. The company quickly became a leading supplier in Utah and surrounding states, working with manufacturers such as North American Green, Mirafi, Profile Products and, more recently, Tensar.
