DHI’s MIKE URBAN is the next generation of urban drainage and collection system models. It combines 30 years of water modeling research and development by DHI with ESRI’s leading ArcGIS development platform to produce a complete urban water modeling and GIS environment, including a fully integrated approach to integrated 1-D and 2-D urban flood modeling. The ability to easily and efficiently represent 2-D overland flow is breaking new ground by literally adding a dimension to the way one can simulate and communicate storm water management issues.
